Mariah & Benjamin will be married on May 17, 2021 and we suggest you arrive by the 16th.  There is a 3 night minimum stay.

 

We have blocked space and locked in rates for our guests, the rates are below.  Due to us changing the date, additional rooms are on request.  Please contact us for updates on availability and rates as guests originally booked were protected with the same cost, but new guests are on request.

 

Passport BOOKS are required for all US Citizens traveling to Mexico and must be valid at least 6 months past your arrival date.

 

Airline tickets are not included, but, we are happy to get rates for you as many times discounts are available.  You are also welcome to book your own air should you wish.

 

To start the booking/rate request process, please fill out the booking/Information request form.  This will ensure we have all of your information and get to your request in a timely manner.

Travel Insurance - We recommend you consider getting travel insurance.  The rate varies based on the package cost and length of stay, and if we book airfare in the package for you, it would also be covered.  Once available, Southwest Airlines will be able to be booked in the package - they will not be out until around 6-8 months in advance, but other airlines are available 330 days in advance of your return date.  There will also be charter flights from airports like DFW available in the fall.

 

Please make your room reservation ASAP with your $100.00 per person 1st payment - ASAP! By Oct 31st if possible - no extra rooms are held at this time and are on request.  The sooner you request, the better.

Your room reservation is considered your RSVP.

The balance will be due Feb 2nd, 2021.

You can confirm a room with out airfare and add that later or book your own air at your leisure.
